ForaHealthyMe Inc. is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Hong Kong market entry trial.
User metrics, patient/user feedback and data will be used to localize the application to support care delivery.
ForaHealthyMe Inc. with the support of several local healthcare leaders and collaborators in Hong Kong, joined forces to conduct a trial and validation of its integrated technology platform. The generation of user metrics, patient/user feedback and data will support the adoption and deployment of the solution.
Trial partners included the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Non-Government Organizations like Haven of Hope, Kwai Tsing Safe Community and Healthy City Association and the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council.
During the trial, partners from five health centers and community care centers accessed a suite of cloud-based technology solutions. The goals of the trial were to validate an innovative model of care to deliver district-based primary healthcare services in Hong Kong and accelerate the adoption of integrated virtual care to improve access to health services.
Care teams across five organizations utilized a comprehensive suite of solutions including integrated care provider & patient management workflows, telehealth & communications, tele-rehab technology for stroke & Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
The ForaHealthyMe platform utilizes video, data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and gaming technology to deliver solutions that empower providers and patients.
Designed to achieve the Quadruple Aim, the solution has been proven to improve the patient and caregiver experience, improve the health of populations, reduce the per capita cost of health care and, improve the work life of providers.
